NEW RECIPE! I was surprised the family didn't fight me on this one. (they sometimes think I'm trying to kill them with all the veggies)

What you need:
1 pound of lean turkey
1 teaspoon Garlic
1/2 onion
2 teaspoons of  Cumin
4 large red peppers
1 cup  chicken broth
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 cup cooked rice
Olive Oil
shredded cheese
What to do:
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
In a skillet heat the olive oil and cook the onion and garlic. 
Add the turkey, salt, garlic powder and cumin and brown turkey.
Add your tomato sauce and 1/2 cup of chicken broth (save the other half for later).
 Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cooked rice and meat together. 
In a separate baking dish add the cut bell peppers
Add all the mixture to the peppers and pour the remaining 1/2 cup of chicken broth to the bottom.
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Add Cheese after Peppers are cooked.
