Great guild to Pinterest!

I have been trying to organize my stuff online. Cleaning up apps on my phone, getting rid of emails I no longer need or sending things to the spam folder and  working on my Pinterest account. I found this and I thought this was a great! I know what I'll be doing this weekend. Making sure all my pins redirect to the correct websites and I have a good description of the things I've pin.

Homemade Dog Treats

I don't just cook for the 2 legged people in my family but for my 4 legged girls as well. They know when I'm making dog treats for them and like to sit there and lick there chops as I mix up everything. This recipe is simple and easy to make. It will have your dogs begging for more!

The ingredients are simple:
1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of rolling oats and 1 tablespoon of honey (the honey is optional)

Mix all the  ingredients together in a large bowl.
If it's to running add more oats and if it's to dry add more peanut butter.
Once you get everything mixed start rolling a spoonful into a ball (yes your hands are going to get sticky) and place on a cookie sheet.
After you have all the balls rolled up place cookie sheet in the fridge for 30 mins.
Presto you have homemade dog treats!

My 2015 quote of the week.

My husband and I were talking this weekend and he said " You know this is going to be the best year we've had!"
What he said hit me hard. This is going to be a great year and all the other years were just warming up to 2015! So with my game face on lets have a wonderful year.
I didn't make a New years resolution this year because I have had things in plan since August 2014 at least. Staying positive and getting in shape is high on our list. I really hope you have time to reflect on the past and be able to work it to help you in the future.

New Years Wreath

It's the first craft done for 2015! The New Year's wreath. I was inspired by this wreath,
I loved the colors and wanted to try making a wreath with yard. The day after Christmas I went to Micheal's and spent $15.00 on everything to make my wreath,
I didn't want to mess with felt so I had chosen feathers, after all this s a New Years wreath!
I wanted to use  2 different color yarns, So I had picked the white and a really pretty color for blue. It took 4 hours to complete this wreath. I worked on it over days and LOVE the way it came out!
Here is the website to the "Let it Snow" wreath, It was a great inspiration!

Happy New Years!

I can't believe it's 2015 already! 2014 went by really fast. For my family it was a rewarding year! Yes there were challenges, but we stuck with it and made everything work!
I ended the year with a new position at my job. (whew all that hard work paid off!!!) I had been trying to get this position for almost 8 months and to be told the day before my 40th birthday I got the position was WONDERFUL!!
My year of organizing was the challenge. There were days where all I wanted to do was nothing. Just watch t.v.(and there was some days when I did watch t.v.);however I stuck with it and prevailed. I even realized that if I didn't do a weekly menu I was not only lost for meals but completely lost at the grocery store.
Budgeting was the other challenge. The kids are getting older and that meant food and clothes cost go up. There were a lot of weeks when I had to tell everyone "I'm Broke" (I wasn't but I couldn't see myself spending money on this we didn't need)
2015 is going to be a great year! I have some great plans for getting us out of debt and to save money back because the big goal is to buy a house in 2 years. We are going to continue to work on the house we are in. I figured if I'm staying here for a at least 2 years I'm going to make it as comfortable and welcoming as possible.
But what about Crafts you say? We have tons of Crafting going on through the year. Even my youngest daughter Abby is going to be posting crafts she is doing on this blog!
I will be posting my menu's more often. I just have to remember to take pictures! LOL..
