January Blues NO MORE!

Hello all! I have a super quick, super cheap and Super Cute DIY project that takes care of the "empty house" after all the Christmas decorations are down!

About Me

Welcome to Never in the Kitchen! Hello I'm Donna Ausmus. The name for this blog was thought up by my youngest daughter Abby as a joke; because I'm always in the kitchen. I started this blog because of my love of cooking for my friends and family. From cooking I expand this blog out into crafts, canning, planning/organzing, and budgeting. I love to try new homemade things from cleaning products to new types of bread to make.

My family is always on a budget and I love sharing my ideas for saving money and still having fun! Our family never goes without and we make sure to live well below our mends.

In our 3 bedroom 1 bath (that's right 1 bath!!!) rental house we have a full house! There is My wonderful hubby, My son, James who is just starting college, my youngest daughter Abby, who is in her senior year of high school, me, 2 dogs and we have my step sons, Aidan who is 13 and Landon who is 10 come up to stay with us at least twice a month, and my oldest daughter Victoria who comes to visit from Houston when she can.

This blog is about who I am and how we are always changing as a blended family.
